Enjoying a Normal Christian Life

Hello Fellow Crazy Lovers of Jesus,
I hope you are all enjoying the rich Christ who has been given to all who call upon His name in every place!

Today was another normal day under the Divine dispensing as I had the privilege of singing on Upper Sproul at UC Berkeley for Christians on Campus! It was so great just to sing and express Him as a testimony of His Spirit that dwells in the believers. While I was singing with some others, I came across one that touches me deeply. Here’s the first and last stanza of that wonderful hymn, though the whole thing is really good:

He stepped out of glory
And put on the lowly
And life’s very Author
A creature became
Despised and forsaken
Afflicted with sorrow
From infinite splendor
To the likeness of shame

We can not but love Him
Our lovely Forerunner
His shame was our vict’ry
His anguish our enjoy
The children of judgment
He brought into glory
The millions of God-men
Forever rejoice

Is this not an awesome hymn!!!!! I was so encouraged by this song in seeing what a God we have, who became a man in time: our lovely Lord Jesus Christ! He is bringing His many believers to express God in humanity 😀

In addition to this, we had an awesome time hiking at Las Trampas yesterday.

As I like to say these days “bodily exercise is profitable for a little” (1 Timothy 4:8) so its normal for Christians to take care of their physical body in order to give the Lord more time to dispense Himself into us! Remember to keep enjoying grace moment-by-moment!

Grace be with you from Christians on Campus at UC Berkeley! 😀
